Visual Cognition Lab

Biography

I am a Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology, with research interests in visual cognition, attention and decision making. In collaboration with other group members, I have recently focussed on two topics: innovative approaches to measurement of attention and (proto)social influences in visual search. Grant-funded work has developed search techniques for x-ray security screening and detection of imminent crowd violence.
